EQALM is represented in the European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM) through participation in the Committees on the Preanalytical Phase (PRE) and Postanalytical Phase (POST). EQALM and EFLM have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoU). The two organisations recognize the added value of collaboration to improve the quality of both the preanalytical and postanalytical phases of the total testing process. Specific agreements on joint projects will be developed by both parties on a case-by-case basis and EQALM will be acknowledged where appropriate.
